1. Blending System----Sugar Melting Boiler/Tank
There are two types of blending tank, single layer and three
layers. Single layer type blending tank is with blending motor, but
without heating function; three layers type is heated by steam, and
it can also be cooled down by chilled water. The blending tank is
made of stainless steel 304, with internal and external polished.
It is easy cleansing and corrosion resistance.
2. Mixing Tank/Agitator tank
To choose the right machine will greatly advance your production
efficiency and production quality. The stainless steel mixing tank
can engineer heating, cooling or vacuum or other process, we have
rich practical data for different product, with the data can help
customer to choose the right machine.
3. Duplex filters
Duplex filters are all made of high-quality stainless steel SUS304,
is composed of two cylinders. Inside and outside polishing 0.4μm,
equipped with a pressure gauge at the top row of table valve, is
suitable for the removal of liquid milk, sugar, beverage, oral
liquid, such as invisible solid impurities in the liquid
purification.Two filters are used interchangeably, in the case of
non-stop filter replacement, suitable for long-term continuous
production.
4, Homogenizer
The Homogenizerr equipment with extensive uses, which can
homogenize and fine material liquids or make the material liquids
to form high-pressured spray. It is widely used in the production
of milk, cold drink, beverage, edible chemicals, and areas such as
pharmacy, biologic technology and etc. When the material liquid is
homogenized under high pressure, the liquid delamination can be
prevented or reduced while the fineness, cleanliness, looseness and
inner quality can be improved.
