pump for material suction, and has a long service life; one pump is
used for each filling, and each pump is adjusted separately, so

interruption. Each pump uses a separate switch, and a
high-precision ten-turn locator is used at the same time, and the
adjustment and balance of each filling volume is convenient.Can be
equipped with multiple filling heads, commonly used models are:
double heads,four heads,4 heads,6 heads,8 heads and 10 heads.The
filling amount can be adjusted from 1ml to 500ml; the adjustment is
convenient.If the liquid with particles such as the material must
be filtered clean before filling, this machine is equipped with a
filter screen with filtering function. This stand-up pouch filling
machine is suitable for filling liquid soy milk, milk, yogurt,
fruit juice, plum juice, beverages, oral liquid, mineral water, soy
milk, milk tea and other non-particle, low viscosity liquids. It is
not suitable for filling particularly viscous materials.

• Step 1: open the empty spout pouch and arrange it on the table in
turn;
• Step 2: Turn on the device and plug in the foot switch; (Please
read the precautions before turning on!)
• Step 3: Place the feeding tube in the barrel containing the
material, adjust the filling time, interval time, manual/automatic
speed, and adjust the manual/automatic gear to the manual position
if the foot switch is needed. , the interval is adjusted to zero,
if you need to use the automatic file, the manual / automatic file
to the automatic file, the interval time is adjusted to the
appropriate time;
• Step 4: Step on the foot switch, the material will automatically
suck up until the material is discharged. Before the formal
filling, the space inside the material tube needs to be drained
clean;
• Step 5: During formal filling, the filled liquid can be placed on
the electronic scale to weigh the specific weight. If it is not
reached, the desired capacity can be passed, the flow adjustment
knob under the pump, appropriate fine-tuning capacity;
